Job Descriptions：
This position belongs to Conexant North China sales team. The candidate will have primary responsibility of covering Beijing area to meet sales quota and provide services to attain high level of customer satisfaction.
? To cover key accounts and partners, promoting products in customers’ project and get the business, set up strategic/high level relationship with the key customers.
? To manage and align with distributor channel, promoting products in the area to get the business.
? Coordinate with different BU marketing, lead field application engineers to support design-in and after sales activities in these accounts.
? To feedback customers’ requirements/market insights to Sales management and BU;
? To provide weekly/monthly/quarterly business update report;
? To manage the forecast and opportunity pipeline updates in Salesforce;
? To develop new customers or market in North China.
Job Requirements
(MUST)
? Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering;
? Audio CODEC or DSP experience is preferred;
? Prefer having at least 8 years of experience in Semiconductors selling/supporting;
? Multi-national semiconductor branch office or distributor working experience is a plus;
? Strong team-work spirit and excellent communication skill
