Make strategic account development plan 制订销售发展计划 ·Achieve target revenue, share, profitability and our position at strategic account. Maximize in customer side. Able to guide customer project direction and operation result. 保证目标收益，最大化在客户处的利润．指导客户项目方向与运作．
·Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision makers at all appropriate levels within the account. 完成与执行与决策者相一致的销售运作．
·Establish & lead the Account Team & hold overall responsibility for total annual Revenue Growth Goals. 建立与管理销售团队，并完成全年度增长指标．
· Maintain full knowledge of current and potential offerings to the Strategic account, and create appropriate opportunities to win the customer business share 执行目前的销售策略，并开发新的商业合作客户．
·Establish, and ensure effective progress of, development partnerships and projects to innovate new products and offerings to meet the account’s needs. 建立与寻找新的合作合伴并开发新产品以满足市场需求。
Qualifications: 资格
?Customer Focus: solid successful experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development roles. First hand front line direct sales experience is a must. 较强的销售、市场与商业开发能力。必须做过一线销售。
?Strong desire to have top performance and super sales result. Selfmotivated,independent, demonstrating natural leader of team 较强的执行力与超级销售能力，自主性强，独立，领导与管理团队能力。
?Strategic sense and broad market view, relevant package or printing industry experience is important 战略性眼光与市场开拓能力，相关的包装与印刷工作背景。
?Capable to drive sales and marketing activities, clear business savvy 推动销售与市场，商业头脑清晰
?Experience and Capable to organize customer event. 客户组织与协调能力
?Strong interpersonal skills, clear organizational behavior knowledge and judgment 人际交流能力，清晰的行为与判断能力
?Capable to work well in matrix organization and particularly well in utilizing internal resource 较好的协调组织能力
?Networking strength, both social and professional, mature, rich social experience 成熟，社会与职业经验丰富
?Strong problem solving skills 解决问题能力
?Prefer to have relevant industry or FMCG experience in MNC在相关企业或快销品跨国公司的相关工作经验
?Fluent English communication skill 英语流利
?MBA or EMBA degree is a plus. MBA 或EMBA
?Frequent travel is required 经常出差
