Responsibilities:

· Regularly travel to meet with customer on technical issues;

· Investigate, negotiate and settle field complaints;

· Gather technical field information and communicate with mill;

· Work with the manufacturing, quality, and technical departments to engage in process changes to make improvements;

· Assist the sales force in understanding the technical aspects of our board;

· Be responsible for developing the technical element of the product value proposition;

· Be responsible to communicate all technical aspects of the board with customers;

· Make fact based presentations for customers addressing complaints and technical issues and for internal company communication of field technical information;

· Engage in value enhancing improvement projects at the customer’s facility.

Requirements

· Degree holder in Engineering with more than 5 years working experience in paper & printing industry;

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mini-Tabs;

· Familiar with papermaking / converting processes OR printing process;

· Good presentation skills;

· Proficiency in communication across a broad spectrum of personnel;

· Good command of written & spoken English / Chinese & fluent in Putonghua;

Extensive travel is needed, approximately 50%
