Requirement 要求：
1. Four years experence at least in tier 1 of automotive HEX industry
    四年以上汽车热交换器行业经验
2. Mechanical manufacturer，engineering thermophysics, thermal engineering or microtherm & refrigeration
    机械制造，工程热物理，热能工程，低温与制冷等专业
3. Master or PH.D
    硕士及硕士以上学历
4. Rich experience in design & validation test of compact heat exchanger, and basic simulation and engineering application for fluid and heat transfer
    具有丰富的紧凑式热交换器设计与试验验证经验，并具备基本的流动与传热问题的数值模拟及工程应用能力
5. Teamwork; Good at Communication and Coordination; Detailed and Analytical; Customer Focus; Continuous Learning and Improvement
    团队合作，优秀的沟通和协作能力，关注细节，分析能力好，客户导向，持续学习，持续改善
6. Good at English, both written and oral
    良好的英语书面口语能力
7. Project management experience is a plus
