MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1,To develop/transfer the test procedure regarding the performance qualification with project team in transfer/localization of new truck refrigerant units.
2,To develop/transfer the test procedure regarding the components localization and qualification with project team in transfer/localization of new truck refrigerant units.
3,To investigate/identify and work with any institutes / suppliers/facilities that would be used for system / components qualifications of Carrier tuck refrigeration system.
4,To plan and monitor the test with out-sourced Lab and make sure the test to meet Carrier project schedule.
5,To collect and analyze the test results, prepare the test report for management review at QRB milestone.
6,To lead the components testing activities daily.
7,To help the manufacturing line solving any assembling / quality problem.



QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

1,Bachelor or above in Mechanical Engineering.
2,1 year working experience as least in Refrigeration industry. Manufacturing background would be preferred;
3,General Pro-E and Auto Cad knowledge.
4,Have good inter-personalities, e.g. decisive, analytic, initiative, and diplomatic;
5,Be action-oriented with multitasking abilities;
6,Have strong computerize skill is necessary.
