职位描述：
1、根据公司年度招聘计划组织实施内外部招聘活动，控制招聘周期，满足公司的用人需求。
2、通过各种途径吸引人才，开发多渠道招聘体系，并进行有效的渠道管理。
3、建立职位测评体系，辅助面试、晋升等内外部评价，做到人岗匹配、支持其他模块工作的开展。
4、负责公司管培生培养项目计划的实施与管理。
5、人力资源其他模块配合，包括但不限于培训、员工关系等。

任职资格:

1、本科以上学历，人力资源、心理学专业较佳；
2、一年以上招聘工作经验，热爱招聘工作，熟悉各种招聘渠道；
3、结果导向，优秀的沟通能力，思维敏捷，抗压力强，富有责任心和团队协作精神;
