职位描述：

We are an Australian Owned Shanghai based company called 'Fab China Trading Co Ltd' dealing in workwear and corporate uniforms.

Our office is located in Changning district of Shanghai, 5 minutes walk from Line 2 Metro station Songhong Lu
Our customers are mainly in Australia and New Zealand and we buy garments from factories n Hubei province,

Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Fujian.

The company operates as a trading company buying finished product from factories around China.

We are looking for an Junior Merchandiser to work under a Senior Merchandiser to handle the following main functions;

1. Assisting the Senior Merchandiser in communicating with the buyers and following up order requirements.

2. Assisting Senior Merchandiser in Communication with the factories from start to finish for customers orders. This includes raising purchase orders to the factories, following up all approvals, visiting factories for in-line inspection and sometimes for final inspection.

3. Checking samples before sending to customers and being able to guide the factories with the requirements of the order and translating documents into Chinese.

Should have at least 1 years experience in garments and have the following capabilities;

1. Should know how to measure garments and be able to have a clear professional approach towards to the customers and the factories

2. Should be willing to travel to factories at least once a week to factories for inline production visits.

3. Should be flexible in his/her approach to understand the needs of the business.

4. Should be able to interact effectively with the factories, so the work can get done and we receive full support from the factories.

5. Should be able to read, understand and reply emails in English. Spoken English does not need to be of a high level.

6. Should be a team player and adjust with his/her colleagues

Training and Guidance will be provided.
