Qualification Required :

-University graduate, with major in human resource management/business administration is perferred
-Good team player and quick learner, and self-motivated, can work under high pressure
-Good interpersonal skills
-Good English language skill and PC command skill

Experience Expected :

-Above 5 years HR related working experience, especially dedicated in recruiting function

Job Duties :
1. Work closely with line manager in defining recruiting needs and build up the partnership with the lines
2. Be responsible for the whole process of recruitment as assigned including job posting, interview, offer negotiation, background check, onboarding famalities, etc.
3. Improve the process of recruitment and deduce the lead time by continuously reviewing process and improvement
4. Fill in openings through appropriate channels and manage, assess and develop recruiting channels
5. HR regular reports
6. Assist in some HR projects/programs (orientation training, employee engagement survey, performance appraisal, etc.)
7. Other HR work assigned by superior
