Reporting directly to China Marketing Manager

Job Description:
● Day-to-day communication with Sephora
● Sales analysis, competitor study
● Prepare forms and planograms for Sephora
● Spend your budget wisely to reach sales objective
● Provide operational support for instore event
● Sephora Ecommerce: negotiate visibility and develop personalized offers to reach sales target
● Liaise with supply manager to ensure timely high delivery fill rate; check weekly PO from Sephora
● Work with supply manager to assure ontime launch of new products, value sets, stable supply for Sephora channel; Order tracking for Sephora with good sell-out on weekly basis
● Visit stores periodically

Required qualifications:
● Min 3/4 yrs experience in operational KA in cosmetics industry (preferably in a international firm), experience in Sephora channel is a plus
● Pro-active, dynamic, self-responsible and ROI driven
● Very organized with an ability to keep deadlines and retro-planning
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and creativity
● Knowledge of relevant computer applications (ppt, excel, word)
● Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin 举报 分享
