Position: Regional Sales Manager for Raymond Weil

Responsibilities:

- Fully manage and coach the sales team.
- Fully take the responsibility of building up partnership with all watch wholesalers and retailers in responsible region as well as
all local independent POS operators in each key city
- Lead sales team expand watch distribution to target cities. Meanwhile expand POS listing.
- Lead sales team set up and achieve sell-in and sell through target by city and by customer
- Help to deliver the field market situation and competition info to marketing department, involve in and support marketing events
and activities.
- Fully be responsible for all sales expenses planning and controlling

Requirements:

- University graduate in business related discipline;
- 5-7 years' hands on operational experience of sales function, experience in the watch industry especially from renewed watch
company are appreciated
- Ability to relate well with people at all level and possess the flexibility to work across culturally
- Ability to work under pressure, self motivated and a strategic thinker
- Initiative; thinking and problem solving; team work spirits are needed
- Qualified verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
