Job description
- Contacting with Forwarders and Suppliers
- Logistics of import and export in China
- Sea and Air shipment procedures (booking, shipping order, HS codes, etc)
- Preparing shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc)
- Preparing VAT notice
- Other tasks regarding shipping process

Requested profile
- 1-2 year experience in logistics
Familiar with the following work:
1. Contacting with Forwarders and Suppliers
2. Logistics of import and export in China
3. Sea and Air shipment procedures (booking, shipping order, HS codes, etc)
4. Preparing shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc)
5. Preparing VAT notice
- Mandatory: previous working experience at European/American company in china/HK
- excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese (mandarin) ; chinese mandarin native
- proficient in PC software of Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese word processing
- strong sense of responsibility, fast response and able to work independently
- professional, multi task, strong organizational skills, pro-active, trustworthy
- results oriented
- Good English and Chinese
- Good Team work spirit
- 3-4 year experience in logistics
