- In charge of Caudalie.CN
1. Create the whole year plan with EC manager to achieve the sales target;
2. Keep update and maintenance to ensure the UX and UI very smoothly;
3. Keep watching the traffic status to optimize SEM and brandsite interface;
4. Keep in touch with CS and HK IT team to maintain the back end system.
- Take part in CRM database analysis with EC manager
1. Create and keep update Chinese customer profile to study and give guide to other teams;
2. Take part in creating and keeping update the plan of communication to existing customers thru SMS, EDM and Wechat with Social Media Supervisor;
3. Keep in touch with CRM vendor to operate all SMS and EDM sending. 举报 分享
