1. Develop, formulate, propose and implement Engine/Gas/Steam Powered Generators annual and long term strategic plans for sales and marketing in China. Prepare HV Motors domestic sales budget, Sales Unit Profit Center budget and other budget related to machine sales & marketing activities.
2. Build a strong and professional front-end sales team; training and coach them to be able to do risk review, proper pre-calculation and control GM, discount. Develop a strong platform and team for aggressive growth.
3. Good cooperate with BU and PG, negotiate internal transfer price and provide the feedback of market information to PG, provide the proposal for new generation products development and improvement. Prepare the plan for releasing, launching new product and implement.
4. Lead the EPG front-end sales team to execute the defined marketing strategy, plan, policy and procedures, make great efforts to achieve all of business targets
5. Study and follow up on engine/gas/steam powered generators domestic market and market requirement, including market trend and competitors etc. prepare and propose product positioning and pricing in China and provide sales forecast to domestic and oversea factories.
6. Develop, training and coach subordinates, prepare development and training plan for front-end sales people and support HR Dept. to implement it.
7. As a member of PG LAC Motors & Generators domestic sales management team, good communication and cooperation with various units in order to smoothly coordinate and interface the sales and marketing activities
Education(Level): Bachelor or Master
Major: Preferable Electrical machines, electrical or Mechanics
Language:Fluent Mandarin and English
PC Skills:Microsoft office
Personality:Loyal, professional, passional, stable, good communication skill, good leadership and excellent team player.

Background in sales of HV motor, generators or large LV motors. Good application know-how e.g. for Compressor, pumps and fan. "
