主要职责：
1. 根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调统计各项目和部门的招聘需求，完成招聘任务。
2. 支持中国区其他工厂高端职位的招聘工作。
3. 完善公司的招聘政策，流程和体系。
4. 开拓，利用各类招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求。
5. 建立后备人才选拔和储备机制。

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 5年以上全职招聘经验，有猎头经验者优先考虑。
3. 具备较强的高层管理人员招聘能力。
