3. Job Description and Responsibilities:
岗位描述、职责：
？ Create the detail design and maintenance product technical documentation such as drawings, instructions and BOM in ERP system.
细化设计和产品技术资料如图纸，说明书和ERP系统物料清单完善。
？ Constantly improve the Luwa product structure in terms of quality and pricing
现有产品结构改进,提高产品质量和降低成本。
？ Closely cooperate with the Luwa R&D engineers in Switzerland and Shanghai staffs in the developing of new product and testing of new products.
与瑞士总部工程师和上海工程师协作开发和测试新产品。
？ Provide technical support to other department such as logistics, project and installation etc.
技术上支持其他部门如采购，项目和安装部门等。

4. Requirements
任职要求：
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or fluid mechanics etc.
机械设计或流体力学专业，大学本科以上学历 。
？ > 5 years design in product design, with experience in product management, sheet metal component design.
5年以上产品设计经验，有产品管理和钣金件设计经历。
？ Proficient in software Inventor and ERP/SAP system .
熟练使用Inventor软件,熟悉ERP/SAP系统。
？ Be familiar with spoken and written English.
英语读写熟练。
？ Be proactive and flexible, ambitious and used to work under pressure and take responsibility for product.
