Professional

- 财经类本科及以上学历；
- 4年以上外资企业会计工作经验，有分公司财税管理工作经验；
- 中英文书面和口头表达能力强；
- 熟练使用ERP软件，Excel、Word等办公软件；
- 有团队工作精神，沟通能力强，有一定的独立解决问题的能力；
- 具有会计中级职业证书。

？ Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting or above.
？ Over 4 years of relevant working experiences in international company, prior to the management experience on the accounting and tax in branches.
？ Efficient communication in oral and written in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
？ Proficiency in using ERP software and Microsoft Office packages.
？ Excellent interpersonal skill, and with the ability of solving problems independently and team work spirit.
？ With the certification of intermediate accountant.

General duties

- 根据国家财务制度和公司财务制度进行凭证的审核；编制财务报表、分析报表项目；纳税申报、财政统计报表的编制，提供有效财税风险分析和有效解决方案；SAP系统财务模块主要用户。

？ Check the vouchers according to the relevant regulations of China and company. Prepare and analyze on the local Finance Reports and items of reports. Prepare the tax claim report, finance statistics report， provide the efficient finance & taxation risk analysis and the relevant efficient solutions. Be the SAP key user.

Tasks in operating cycle (T8-QI):

- 定期审核总账科目，保持合理和正确性；
- 确保预提流程的有效执行和相应会计记账的时效性；
- 固定资产的制度更新、流程优化、日常管理和账务处理；
- 月度资金流预测和安排；
- 月度、季度和年度的纳税申报；
-　财政统计报表的编制，办理相关的财政扶持财政补贴申请；
-　安排和配合资产盘点、内外部审计，完成联合年检；
- 分公司财务和税务工作的协调和管理；
- 学习和理解相关的税务、会计政策和制度，有效地运用于实际工作中；
- 根据需要，主管安排的其他工作任务。
　
？ Check the GL accounts, keep them reasonable and accurate.
？ Confirm on the efficient implementation of accrual process and timely accounting booking.
？ Fixed assets management: regulation updating, process optimization, daily management and accounting booking.
？ Forecast on the monthly cash flow and the proper arrangement on the cash-out.
？ Prepare the tax claim reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly).
？ Prepare monthly statistics report and apply for the tax refund accordingly.
？ Organize the yearly fixed assets physical counting. Assist on the yearly physical stock-taking, internal & external auditing and complete the annual government associated check.
？ Manage and coordinate on the accounting and tax of branches.
？ Study and understand the relevant taxation/ accounting regulations and policies, and implement in the daily work accordingly.
