Job Description 岗位描述:

Develop high-end market in China; Realize sales target of Frewitt China
在中国开拓高端市场，实现粉瑞得中国销售目标
Define business concept, marketing strategy, objectives, sales plan, marketing promotion
制定业务理念、市场营销战略，策划市场推广活动
Responsible for planning and managing all sales activities in Frewitt China organization
全面负责粉瑞得销售团队活动的计划与管理
Overseas all advertising, exhibition, and marketing campaigns
监管广告、展会、市场活动
Organize and present Frewitt’s premium quality machines and technology in seminars, conference and media
组织各类研讨会，在会议、媒体上推介粉瑞得优质产品机器和先进技术
Develop policy, process, sales territory and pricing list
制定政策、流程、价格，并界定销售人员业务开拓领域
Direct, manage, develop and coach sales team to deliver sales objective with profitability
领导、管理销售团队，开发和引导销售人员达成销售及盈利目标
Work closely with sale team on major projects, overseas all sales activities incl. quotation, biding, contract
共同参与销售重大项目，督导所有的销售活动，包括报价、投标、签约
Coordinate for cross functional cooperation for business oriented
