职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service support and maintenance of Accuray’s products in the assigned territories.
- Provide on-call support to Accuray customers in China.
- Manage the technical service information flow between Accuray HQ and China.
- Closely interact and communicate with customers, sales teams and customer support team and coordinate field support functions
- Implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs for China Region.
- Manage the technical service information flow between Accuray HQ and China.
Qualifications:
- A technical Bachelor’s degree (BSEE) in Bio-mechancial engineering/automation/electronic discipline or equivalent is required
- A post graduate degree is required
- Level 6 English is a minimum requirement

- Must be a self starter, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Capable to work and deal with high pressure situations

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Be able to competently perform field service activities in assigned territories.

- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
