职位描述：
Position岗位名称 ：Technical Assistant 技术助理

Location工作地址：16G, Oriental International Technology Building
上海市浦东新区东方国际科技大厦16G

Main Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. The new registration and the inspection of needed company's products, the communication with the related public departments;
公司各类产品的注册、备案、检测、以及相关外部门的沟通；
2. Check of investors/ contractors measurements and calculate the project volume and make the construction plan as well as the budget;
计算工程量并编写项目的施工方案及预算;
3. Technical supports for the other departments；
对其他部门的技术支持；
4. Maintain the good rapports with the applicator, investor, designer, supervisor and the management company；
与各承包商、业主、设计、监理和管理公司维系良好的沟通和关系；
5. Arrange product tests for project
为项目安排产品检测
6. Input to technical manager about installation problems and solutions；
解决项目的突发状况；
7. Check and accomplishing of installation handbook；
检查并完成安装手册；
8. Supervise and teach installation company about company’s products Claim management and installation method
管理及指导安装公司关于我公司的产品及安装方法
9. Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualification任职资格
1、 bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering, architectural design and related major is preferred;
本科及以上学历，土木工程、建筑设计及相关专业优先；
2、 with strong sense of responsibility, has the good sense of handling emergency and problem solving skills;
具有高度责任心，具有优秀的应急响应能力和解决问题的能力；
3、 master the basic computer knowledge, familiar with office software and related drawing tools (AUTOCAD, etc.);
掌握计算机基本知识，熟练使用相关办公软件和画图工具（AUTOCAD等）；
4、 have high level of integrity, reliability, and proactive;
为人诚信，有责任心，工作主动积极；
5、 can work under pressure, good team spirit and interpersonal relationship skills;
能承当工作压力，良好的团队精神及人际关系；
6、 have good ability of self-learning, and self-management, willing to manage high pressure in work.
