职位描述：
1.Perform SOX404 compliance audit; identify deficiencies in internal controls and provide management with recommendations on improvement plans
2.Perform quarterly reviews of related party transactions to verify if the prices and terms of those transactions are no less favourable than would have been obtained from a third-party
3.Perform compliance audit according to the company’s FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) policy
4.Coordinate between accounting management and external auditors in group reporting review and statutory audits.
5.Perform non-SOX audits such as special process review, fraud-related investigations, expense review etc. and any other ad hoc audits.
Education Background
B.S. or B.A. in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working Experience
1.A minimum of 4-6 years of increasingly responsible experience in public accounting and/or corporate internal audit.
2.Strong experience in compliance management including the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Act section 404.
3.Working experience with Big 4 Audit Firm is preferred
4.Computer auditing experience is a plus

1.Professional qualification in Accounting or Auditing
2.English communication level
