1、根据企业发展的要求，分析公司培训需求，组织制定公司各类岗位人员的培训计划并具体实施，以实现公司人力资源培训目标；
2、制定公司有关培训的制度和流程，建立培训需求体系（外训与内训）；
3、制定培训计划并组织实施，监控培训过程，评估培训效果，组织培训考核；
4、拓展培训渠道和培训师资源，积累培训经验和资料，开发培训课程，编制培训教材，编写培训教案；
5、 与外部培训机构保持良好关系，并从中选择高质量的培训机构为公司提供培训；
6、组建公司内部培训师团队，为内训师提供咨询和指导，提高培训质量及效果；
7、需深入了解公司的业务模式，在了解的基础上梳理公司业务所需产品材料及工艺流程清单，并组织相应的培训和学习；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、人力资源管理、企业管理或相关专业大专以上学历，3年以上培训与开发相关工作经验；
2、对人力资源管理事务性的工作有娴熟的处理技巧，熟悉人事工作流程，尤其岗位培训流程；
3、熟悉内部培训及外部培训组织作业流程，对年度培训规划有一定经验，成功推行过培训体系的构建。
4、优秀的表达能力、沟通能力、规划能力，有责任心，能承受较强的工作压力；
5、熟练使用办公软件，有一定英文基础，能处理英文邮件并进行基础的对话沟通；
6、有HRBP岗位经验者（员工培训与发展方向）较佳。
