Task and Responsibilities 工作职责

- 搜源search for suppliers
寻找供应商
- perform basic assessment for all new suppliers and benchmark their prices
对所有新供应商完成基本评估， 并使他们的价格基准化
- record findings in Supplier dB & Approved Vendor List on a bi-weekly basis (if applicable)
每两周记录供货商数据库及合格供应商清单中的调查情况（如果适用的话）

？ Bidding Support, Purchasing and Expediting of Logistics tasks
招标支持，物流任务的采购和催缴工作
- choose/identify suppliers, through sourcing also, if needed
在需要的情况下，通过搜索选择/确定供应商
- Manage Logistics activities for onshore and offshore shipments from inquiry phase until completion of the deliveries
从询价阶段到完成交付，管理国内或国外货运的物流活动
- Perform advanced assessment (Supplier’s capability analysis) for challenging transport tasks
完成具有挑战性的运输任务的高级评估（供应商的能力分析）
- Identify need for special documents, including import/export licences and special certificates before PO issued. Inform stakeholders and manage acquisition of such documents.
确定是否需要特殊文件，包括进出口通行证及采购订单发出前的特殊认证。通知相关人员，并获取这些文件。
- Prepare applications, inquiries, invoices, packing lists and other relevant Logistics documentation;

- Monitor shipments/deliveries and evaluate performance of shipping suppliers

- Cooperate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders including

- Prepare required reports on a timely basis;

- Liaise and communicate with Logistics officers of other atea entities for assigned projects;

- Keep Logistics Purchase Log (and Cost dB) up-to-date on a bi-weekly basis, and record suppliers’ performance in dB
保持物流采购日志文件（及成本数据库）每两周更新，在数据库中记录供应商的情况
- Approved Vendor List according to workflow
根据流程核对供应商名单

？ Develop Purchasing and Expediting procedures and documentation as part of the Supply Chain team
作为供应链团队的一员，和供应链团队一起开发采购流程及文件管理。
- Support development of independent Logistics function for workshop
支持工厂的独立物流职能的发展
？ Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements 职位要求

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent related discipline
教育：本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业的

Working Experience: Minimum 1 years logistics experience. Knowledge for ERP systems is an asset;
工作经验：有至少 1年以上物流相关工作经验，熟悉ERP 系统尤佳；
Technical & Professional Knowledge:

- local requirements and way of working (transportation regulations, ports, custom clearance, taxation etc.)
- international trade and import/export regulations
- Incoterms conditions

？ Company’s Bid support, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Expediting procedures
