Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning, administration and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure

Lead IT application deployment and enhancement driven by business needs

Ensure sustainable ongoing support for Oracle ERP system and other applications

Negotiate service level agreements with both internal and external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met

Work with both the operations team and software development team to help with the requirements gathering, rollout and training of new systems or changes to existing systems.

Ensure the systems are running smoothly at all times including systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery planning.

Ensure we have a highly competent motivated IT support team providing top class support at all times, within the company and to our customers.

Job Skills Summary:

Minimum of 5+ Years IT Management Experience with a strong primary degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline. Comfortable in decision making and managing an IT Budget

Proven background within the Manufacturing industry. Experience of managing multi-site IT Infrastructure, services and support utilizing a small team and limited resources.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin with a positive 'can do' attitude. Capable of interacting at all levels from end-user to senior management.

Good knowledge of IT hardware, Networking and IT systems associated with a fast moving manufacturing company.

Ability to project manages multiple projects using recognized project management skills to meet time critical deadlines.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products would be desirable such as SQL Server, Exchange Server, Moss system, etc. System Center Operations Manager.
