职位描述：
1.与用人部门沟通招聘需求，按照需求发布招聘信息；
2.通过各大互联网招聘渠道，按照招聘需求，搜选目标候选人，并进行初试；
3.组织候选人复试并及时跟进结果；
4.对拟录用人员进行背景调查及待遇沟通；
5.负责招聘网站的维护和更新，以及招聘网站的信息并沟通开发拓展招聘渠道；
6.将优秀并未入选的候选人及时录入公司人才库；
7.定期对人才库信息更新；
8.汇总招聘数据，做每周、每月招聘数据统计分析；
9.总结并分析各岗位的招聘进展和行业趋势及招聘工作中存在的问题，提出优化招聘制度和流程的合理化建议，提高招聘效率，做好核心人员储备；
10.完成其他日常工作以及领导交办的其他临时性工作。

任职资格：
1、 大专以上学历，人力资源相关专业，有人力资源上岗。
2、 二年以上相关工作经验，
3、 熟悉计算机、office办公软件操作能力
4、 有亲和力、公关能力和组织能力
5、 具有良好的沟通协调能力、人际关系处理能力和关注细节的能力
6、 工作细致认真、原则性强、有良好的执行能力和职业素养
7、 熟悉国家相关劳动法律法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式
