职位描述：
1、生产管理管理岗位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划的制定，执行上层制定的相关政策和制度；
2、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3、负责车间生产计划落实，物料准备，新产品导入准备；
4、完成车间每月生产任务，并做好每月生产报表及各项统计；
5、对所负责员工进行日常管理并负责对其进行考核；
6、负责后加工车间设备保养规范使用和现场管理；
7、负责出厂产品的工序质量控制工作。
任职要求：
1、中专及以上学历，化学相关专业；
2、3年以上车间生产管理工作经验，有化工企业车间管理经验者优先；
3、熟知产品行业标准和规范、生产制程及科学的操作规范，接受过ISO培训，具备过硬的质量意识；
4、具有作业现场人员管理能力和一定的行政管理能力,有较强的团队领导力和带动力，能很好的分析问题和解决问题；
5、具有较强的组织、沟通、协调能力，可适应出差。 举报 分享
