Job Purpose工作目标:
“To develop and manage the strategic marketing plan for specific area of accountability with the guidance from line manager, which is in line with the company image and meets the agreed sales and profitability targets. Manage and develop the local team in order to deliver the business unit objectives”

RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Planning市场计划
To work with line manager and other departments to develop local marketing plan that contributes to the achievement of the all BU objectives on a seasonal basis and then execute accordingly
与直线经理和公司相关部门一起合作开发针对当地有效的市场计划,以帮助各部门达到季度销售目标
To plan and develop all programs within the approved framework and within authorized budget
在既定的架构和授权的预算范围内,计划和开发所有的项目
To analyze and evaluate the results for all marketing activities, prepare reports as required on time including proposals, post mortems, CRM analyzing and various other requests appropriate for each program
分析评估所有市场活动,及时准备报告包括了建议书,事后总结,客户关系管理分析以及各种其他所需的规划
Relationship Management 关系管理
To work with key vendors to create some good partnership opportunity, on strategic marketing programs
与关键的供应商合作并基于市场部战略,寻求对公司有利的合作方案。
To work closely and develop strong relationships with business partners and landlords to identify new business opportunities to promote the BU & brands
与业务伙伴紧密合作,并且甄选新的商业机会去提升部门与品牌
Establish new partnership opportunities to identify key business development initiatives
建立新的合作伙伴关系机会,确认关键的业务发展机会

Partner with HR/Talent to identify Departmental Talent Pipeline using the full suite of Talent Tools, supporting individuals with relevant learning and development opportunities to ensure success in current and future roles
与人力资源/人才部合作,使用全套人才工具,确定部门人才通道,支持员工个人学习和发展机会,确保其在现在和未来岗位上取得成功
Build a personal connection with each team member, taking time to understand them as individuals and identify ways to motivate, retain and engage
与团队的每一位成员进行个性化的沟通与交流,花时间了解他们,确定激励并留住团队成员以及激发成员积极性的方法
REQUIREMENTS 5-6 year experience in retail industry
2-3 years of managerial role
Good partnership with high-end lifestyle club, financial organization, hotel, etc.
Good sense on fashion trends and mix & match
Fluent English in oral and written
Strong capacity to handle multi tasks in each project
Good communication skills
