Your mission:

In link with the French marketing based in France and the Marketing in China you are the bridge to develop all the own brand packaging.
According to the graphic guideline and the brand image, you will develop and create the packaging through design pack and translation agency, printer, factories based in China.
Your creativity and your reactivity are essential for this job.

The Successful Applicant
? Manage 5 to 7 agencies day to day relations, (packaging design, translation, shooting) in Shanghai and Hong Kong regarding projects allocation, planning controls, creativity, price lists.
? Oversees the smooth packaging design development of yearly 600 products packaging artworks developed in cooperation with France Packaging Team and product managers from artwork design to packaging printing.
? Responsible for your global budget follow up.
? Insure that process is always optimized and respected in order to insure the best efficiency,
? In collaboration with design agencies and the packaging design team based in France, advise on brands strategy and graphic charters.
? Know the western culture trends, fashion, colors ,artist… and is inspired by it. He/she is curious, open to the world and store business and now the new media and linked with photography and video.


Qualifications
? Good verbal and written communication skills in both English, French is an added skill.
? Four year degree with major in Graphic design with a special interest in fiber based packaging design and manufacturing

? Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
? Advanced knowledge of design software: illustrator, photoshop, indesign

? Good interpersonal capability and ability for team working
? Open to crafts, music, culture, movies and discoveries. Artistic hobby is a plus.
