Position Finance & Admin 财务专员&行政
Regarding our Finance & Admin activities we are looking for a committed and eager employee located in Shanghai area. Mains International is offering a full-time position that ideally shall commence on 1 June, 2017.
财务专员&行政的主要工作地点在上海,提供全职,最好能够2017年6月1日入职。
Main focus will be to do the financial bookkeeping and admin support for two entities knowing Mains International (www.mains-international.com) and Xpert Health (http://xperthealth.com).
主要职责是为Mains International和Xpert Health两家公司做财务记账和行政协助工作。
The Employee will – amongst others - have the following main duties:
员工的工作职责包含(但不限于)以下内容
o Financial activities (32 hours per week) 日常财务工作(每周32小时)。
1. Prepare monthly financial data (bank & cashbook)
准备每个月的财务数据(银行流水&现金流水记账)。
2. Prepare online bank payments 安排网银付款。
3. Communication with tax bureau and bank 与税务局和银行的沟通等相关工作。
4. Go to bank to get cash & print monthly statement 去银行取现和打印每月账单等工作。
5. Prepare Monthly Invoices 准备每个月的账单发票和申报工作
6. Prepare fapiao 整理发票工作。
o Admin activities (8 hours per week) 日常行政工作(每周8小时)
7. Manage Business License and other documents 管理营业执照和其他证书工作。
8. Prepare Import and Export documents 准备进出口所需的文件资料。
9. Project Evaluation & Analysis 协助项目评估和分析工作。
Working conditions:
? Initial working location is 808 Hongqiao Road, Jiahua Business Centre, Building D2, Floor 4, Office D243, Xuhui district, Shanghai 目前工作地在 上海市徐汇区虹桥路808号加华广场D2栋四层D243室
? The monthly office working time-is 40 hours per week; 每周工作40小时
? From 1 June 2017 assuming to be working 5 days per week. 每周工作5天,从2017年6月1号开始。
