职位描述：

Responsibilities工作职责：

- Ensure the equipment run well, set up preventive maintenance strategy, solve critical issue of equipment, equipment improvement to enhance the general efficiency of production;

保证设备的良好运行，制定预防性维护的策略，处理设备疑难问题，设备改进以提高生产总体效率；

- Responsible for new equipment design, technical specification, and production line equipment installation, commissioning;

负责新线设备的方案设计、技术规范的制定，以及产线设备的安装、调试；

- Responsible for the mechanical design of the fixture (only for mechanical equipment engineers);

负责工装夹具的机械设计（仅针对机械类设备工程师）

- Provide the necessary training to mechanics and operators;

给机修工和操作工提供必要的培训；

- Responsible for spare part management strategy and application.

负责备品备件管理策略和申请。

Requirements任职要求：

- Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related area;

机械、电气或电子等专业硕士及以上学历；

- Mechanical drawing (proficient in using CAD or UG), familiar with more than one kind of PLC programming;

机械制图（会熟练使用CAD或UG），熟悉1种以上PLC编程；
