Responsibilities工作职责：

- Complete production plan,process quality control,general machine maintenance,and ensure safety on production;

生产计划完成、生产过程质量控制、设备日常维护及监督安全生产；

-Personnel preparative,training,and problem solving on production;

生产线人员管理、培训及解决生产中的问题；

-Implement BPS activity,VSM improve;

开展BPS活动，改进价值流；

-Motivate and enable the behaviors of teamwork among employees in order to build a positive and healthy working environment.

鼓励和促进团队合作行为，建立积极健康的工作氛围。

Requirements任职要求：

- Bachelor degree or above in Machanical,electrical or engineering management;
