Temporary job-6 months contract with the third-party company. (临时岗位,6个月合同期,与第三方签订合同)
Responsibility/Duty
? Processes and track orders entry, real-time status (product availability / shipping / loading) and documentation until goods arrives at customer’s, updates all information in timely manner on the day of receiving the data, follows policy to ensure accuracy in pricing during order entry to facilitate timely and accurate invoicing. Handles customer complaints and settle customer disputes
? Consolidate data and daily report as part of daily job
? Commits 24-Hour feedback upon internal / external customer’s questions or issues, closely follows up the progress until it’s confirmed to solved
? Plays role of partner with sales support, plant and technical personnel concerning aspects of customer orders / inquiries and issue to provide superior service
? Communicates proactively and effectively with internal and external customers
? Utilizes process expertise to understand WestRock business and key strategic plan, can make tactical decisions to meet/exceed customer expectations
? Familiar with company code of conduct, has certain insight and judgment on job, is able to discover potential issues and present suggestions to Team Leader
Qualification
? Fresh student is acceptable; 1- 3 years working experience at International company will be a plus.
? Understands the challenges and interdependencies of the various functions within the division and the role
? Has self-directed in order to manage customer accounts with minimal supervision, sets high standards for the quality of work, strives to "do it right the first time" and with a positive “can do” attitude
? Works well under pressure – possesses the ability to handle multiple tasks successfully
? Has good responsible attitude, communication skill and team-work spirit
? Is competent with Microsoft Office and order management systems, ability to quickly learn these systems
? Has sensitivity on emergencies or issues, can create action plans of issues solution
