职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 接待来访客户。
2、 帮助出差员工办理签证，及外国人员在华工作的中国签证
3、 公司日常行政管理的运作（如办公用品的订购、保管与发放，出差人员的后勤安排，新员工报到的准备工作，公司车辆的安排管理等）
4、 办公室环境的巡视与维护
5、 帮助总监处理报销事宜
6、 完成上级领导分配的其他工作任务
7、 接受上级指令，完成其它临时性或突发性任务
？
任职资格：
1. 专科及以上学历
2. 热爱行政类工作，有良好的服务敬业精神
3. 具备解决突发事件的能力，和一定的沟通协调以及语言表达能力
4. 可使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识
5. 思路清晰，考虑问题细致
6. 形象气质佳，具备良好的待人接物的气质修养
