职位描述：
End User Support
- End User Support - Respond to support requests (1st level) and provide initial diagnosis and resolution.
- Escalate any unsolved issues to the relevant teams for further diagnosis.
- End User Training Delivery
Project Implementation
- Work as a technical specialist providing SharePoint solutions by developing applications using Umicore standard toolkit like
        InfoPath, Nintex Workflow etc.
- Apply changes to systems based on approved change requests with a professionally structured approach.
- Ensure that coding, design, and other standards are well implemented and maintained.
- Prepare detailed technical and/or functional specifications for enhancements or project requirements.
- Prepare IT project materials and documentation if required.
