职位描述
岗位职责
1、调查和分析培训需求，编制培训计划，协助完善培训制度；
2、制定培训计划并组织实施，评估培训效果，组织培训考核；
3、组织开发培训课程及编写培训教材，独立完成部分管理类课程的开发，担任一些基础课程的内部讲师；
4、拓展维护培训渠道和培训资源，保持与内外部培训师的良好关系；
5、入职员工企业文化和价值观的培训、考核和评估作业，
6、全国管理培训生计划；
7、做好培训记录，跟踪培训效果反馈，建立和完善员工培训档案，提出针对员工培训的改进意见；
8、部分公司行政事务。
任职资格
1、5年以上培训管理与组织实施经验，本科以上学历，有销售管理经验者或培训公司工作经验者优先考虑；
2、精通现代企业经营管理理念及管理技术，熟悉管理培训资源，管理咨询培训流程及关键步骤；
3、具有较强的亲和力和敬业精神，为人正直、诚实，性格开朗；
4、思维敏捷，具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及解决问题的能力，良好的文字和语言表达能力；
