职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 严格执行公司现行薪资系统，确保所有与工资支付（如工资、奖金、提成等）相关的数据精确计算，并及时提供相关财务报表；
2. 确保个调税申报无误与及时
3. 成为员工与管理层的沟通桥梁
4. 按时准确发放外勤费用报销
5. 及时缴纳社保及公积金
6. 及时准确地完成年度社保基数申报与调整
7. 协助人事经理完成年度预算
8. 协助人事经理做年终薪资结构调查，确保公司薪资系统的市场竞争力
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历
2. 优秀的分析能力及细节导向，良好的沟通能力
3. 能熟练使用常见办公软件
4. 有一定英语能力，可进行口头及书面沟通
5. 5年及以上大型外企相关职位工作背景
6. 具备工厂的薪资、福利管理经验
7. 团队合作精神
8. 很强的责任感和快速反应能力
9. 已婚已育者优先
