DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任描述
A crucial position in the marketing team to secure implementation of strategic initiatives that will strengthen the company's position in the market. With entrepreneur instincts, the candidate will need to identify gaps and opportunities to build and develop a selected international beer to the benefit of the company. He/She will take strong ownership of the brands and be proactive in securing that the brand strategies are effectively implemented and activated in the market.
- Drive brands performance and achieve volume,share,distribution and profit targets.
- Develop brand strategy through the brand palns.
- Effectively manage A & P budgets and expenditure in line with strategy.
- Ensure excellence in executing strategy.
- Manage strategy into action and ensure A & P investment and implementation is consistent with overall strategy.
- Ensure full delivery of all initiatives on time.
- Work closely cross-functionally, especially with the sales team.
-Develop and implement relevant channel specific promotions and activities to secure excellence in market execution.
-Participate in relevant outgoing activities (e.g.market visits, press meetings, events etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求
-University degree / MBA qualification.
-Minimum 3-4 years experience within brand/marketing management within FMCG.
-Action-oriented, able to meet deadlines, persistent and capable of implementing change.
-Sound commercial/business understanding.
-High work capacity and team-orientation.
-Strong conceptual skills with an eye for detail and alert in grasping business issues.
-Possess good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and pleasant outgoing personality.
-Strong communications skills in English and Mandarin.
