职位描述：

Main responsibilities:

· Manage projects towards defined customers and bring products and/or systems from strategic identification to running production, while achieving a flawless launch

· Following types of projects

1. New product implementations

2. Product improvement processes

3. Production transfers

· Conduct and implement all project activities defined in the Company management system and QA routines with support of a cross functional project team, including: planning, monitoring, controlling, communication, organizing and leading frequent project meetings, reporting

· Achieve approved contribution margin, quality and timing targets of the project

· Follow up project budget, update prognoses and ensure projects are delivered within 100% of approved budget, implementing recovery plans when the budget is exceeded

· Lead, supervise and motivate team members, managing actively conflicts and seeking solutions to ensure good team work

· Cooperate with functional departments in China and other Company locations

· Communicate directly with customers to manage projects and establish relationships with the customers on necessary levels

· Support Sales Department in gathering information to prepare quotes for customers

· To ensure Project documents are created, maintained and updated via the local document sharing structure with the understanding that this is a mandatory requirement

· To observe public laws, directives, provisions and concessions with regard to health, environment and safety, and to follow agreements made with external and internal parties

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive business (or equivalent APQP based industry), including a minimum of 1 year in external (i.e., directly dealing with customers) project management

· University degree, prefer B.S..(Bachelor’s of Science) but B.A. can be acceptable with appropriate prior experience

· Have a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

· Ability to produce good written reports and relevant presentations

· Expertise in MS Office (minimum) and MS Project (or equivalent) software (desired)

· Proficiency in project management, with good analytical and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to organize and prioritize tasks, make appropriate decisions, and be comfortable in a setting where schedules and priorities change from time to time

· Knowledge and experience of PM processes. Experience in production, quality, purchasing, marketing and/or product/process development is desirable.

· Strong personality to drive actively projects and achieve targets

· Advanced leadership capabilities and ability to work with all levels of organization

· Confidence to lead and work with cross functional teams to earn trust and team support to meet program objectives.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations

· Good problem solving skills, with the ability to find ways to work under pressure and make deadlines

· Ability to interact professionally with customers and suppliers, who may occasionally be difficult to deal with

· Competence in automotive standards such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DV, PV, etc.

· Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles

· Readiness for frequent trips, also abroad

· Specialization in mechanical engineering will be a plus

· Skills in using CAD and ERP software will be a plus
