职位描述：
GENERAL SUMMARY：
1. Responsible for tooling ,molder spec definition and management
2. Work with supplier to ensure all the tooling, molder meet mass production demand both in function and timing.
3. Apply new technology and process in the plant
4. Continuous standardize the process to ensure process more stable and flexible
5. Continuous improve the process to meet Lean production demand

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Responsible for all the tooling and molder spec definition, follow the cooperstandard BBP
2. Responsible for all the tooling and molder management, guide technician to fix in time
3. Work with supplier to ensure all the tooling manufacture following the function demand and timing
4. Establish the standard work for the process
5. Use Lean tools to continuous improve the production efficiency
6. Continuous improve the LB and OEE of lines
7. Benchmark or apply new technology and process in our plant
8. Be willing to participate all the improvement in the plant and act an important role
9. Cooperate with launch team to guarantee the program launch smoothly
10. Good preparation for the CLAUS and to prepare all the document in advanced
11. Participate to make the tooling preventive maintenance plan and keep all the tooling in good condition
12. Work with other colleague to continuous optimize process to reduce the changeover time
13. Cooperate with other department to reduce the plant cost
14. May be assigned other responsibilities as required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE：
1. Bachelors Degree with technical background.
2. At least 5 years work in tooling management or IE field
3. Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
4. Always come up with creative idea is preferred.
5. Good knowledge in process management such as SOP,PFMEA,FC,CP,etc.
6. Familiar with Lean tools
