职位描述：
1. Major Accountabilities 主要职责

1. Post customer payments received accurately to customer accounts on timely manner.
针对客户收款及时准确的日常清账处理。
2. Ensure timely and accurate AR closing and account reconciliation.
确保月末应收帐款及时准确关账以及总帐与明细帐对帐。
3. Prepare monthly AR aging report and submit for Credit Manager’s review.
准备月末的应收帐款帐龄分析报告，并提交信贷主管审阅。
4. Reconcile receivables with sales function or customer directly.
完成于销售部门或客户的对帐要求。
5. Apply credits to customer upon approved request.
按要求进行客户的折扣、返利等帐务处理。
6. Identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
能识别工作流程中的不足并进行改进。
7. Interacts with internal customers on a global basis.
能与全球范围内的公司内部职能部门进行必要沟通。
8. Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
按管理层需求支持非常规工作安排。

2. Requirements and qualifications 要求及资质

1. Major in accounting/finance is a must.
会计、财务专业。
2. Experience in AR is preferred. Fast learner graduates are also taken into consideration.
有相关工作经验优先，同时欢迎学习能力强的应届生。
3. Knowledge in use of SAP is preferred. Skilled in use of Microsoft Office.
有SAP相关经验者优先，能熟练运用办公自动化软件。
4. Able to read/write in English.
有基本英语读写能力。
5. Work well with multi-tasks and meets deadline.
能在多任务环境下工作，并确保及时完成工作。
6. Detail minded and have a good communication manner.
