职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责本部门日常运营,包括日常邮件往来和监控处理有关临时的要求。
2、 与仓库，货代和质量部门沟通以满足各家客户的需求和运作顺利。
3、负责本部门质量管理体系的实施,包括建立客户的新流程并及时更新相关的工作指导书，参与流程的变更并对相关员工进行培训指导使新流程进展顺利。
 4、为货运部新进员工建立培训计划并提供现场培训。
 5、处理和客服部门相关的客户抱怨并监视纠正措施的有效性。
 6、完成分区经理交代的其他事务。

任职要求：
1. 有3-5年的相关货运和管理经验。
2. 优秀的沟通能力、团队合作精神以及良好的服务理念。
3. 具有优秀的英语读写以及口语能力（CET6级或相同其他级别）。
