职位描述：
? Payments for Shanghai and Hong Kong office through bank and petty cash, bank related communication;
? Reviewing and Verifying contracts and quotation, Issue invoice in team box and issue fapiao with tax printer accordingly;
? Collecting/record all booking doc and pass to SH&HK Fiducia for monthly booking, in 2 batches(3rd batch will be joined in next month);
? Cooperation with accounting firm on tax related topics and communication in tax Bureau;
? Team Box maintenance on closing projects, exchange rate update and other finance related input;
? Support CRM Factory on issuing fapiao and communication with tax bureau;
? Collect/Pass all Payment Request Forms (PRF) for signature each Tuesday;
? Cash flow update each Monday;
? Assist with internal and external audit in regard of document collection;
? Scan and put invoice & Fapiao on server, assist with invoice follow up;
? Other assignments requested/Backup for the other team members. 举报 分享
