职位描述：
I. BROAD FUNCTION: 广义职责
To inspect all raw materials, in-process and finished products and conduct all necessary activities to maintain the product quality and food safety.检验原料，半成品和成品，并从事维护产品质量和食品安全的必要的活动。

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 主要责任

1. Execute inspection and test activities assigned on the Quality Plan as per the department work instructions, including raw material, on-line, finished goods and test samples inspection.按照操作规程，执行在质量计划中分配至质量部门的检验和测试活动，包括原材料、在线，成品及测试样品的检验
2. Read, interpret and follow product specifications.阅读，理解和遵循产品标准
3. Make sure that non-conforming product is properly identified and labeled, and that is not used or sent to customer without the proper authorization.确保适不合格产品被正确标识，且在无适当授权的情况下，不会使用或发送给客户
4. Monitor the production areas for compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices.监督生产区域的活动符合良好生产操作规范
5. Comply with the Calibration program.执行设备仪器的校正规程
6. Perform pre-operational inspections.进行生产前检查
7. Ensure that accurate data is collected and recorded. 确保收集和记录精确的数据
8. Complete reports accurately and neatly and file them in the assigned areas. 精确整洁的完成报告，然后在指定区域归档
9. Handle work equipment in a safe manner to prevent accidents and destruction of equipment.安全地使用工作设备以防止事故和设备的损坏
10. Maintain a constructive and collaborative relationship with all plant personnel.与工厂所有职员保持良好的合作关系
11. Attendance required for scheduled meetings & training sessions in the department or the plant.参加部门或工厂的相关会议和培训课程
12. Maintains confidentiality of formulas, finished product specifications and customer information.对配方，成品标准和客户信息保密

? Hold non-conforming product. 隔离不合格产品
? Stop production lines whenever foreign material is found in the product. 如在产品中发现异物， 停止生产线
? Release product that has passed all inspection and testing requirements.放行通过所有检验和测试要求的产品
? Release non-conforming product that has been reworked, reprocessed or wasted. 处置已经重加工，返工或报废的不合格产品


III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 教育，技能和经验
1. Must be able to perform laboratory analysis and testing. 必须能够进行实验分析和测试
2. Must have basic computer skills.有基本的计算机技能
3. Must have good communication skills. 必须有良好的沟通技巧
