Product management
Product portfolio management – determine the product development plan with the solid business case;
Product launch – plan the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan as a project lead, determine the product positioning;
Sales enablement – develop sales tools and product application solutions that support the selling process of the products for the sales teams and make sure the implementation;
Commercial related
Define the pricing strategy in relation to the competition along the product launch and market development stages;
Review the profitability of specific SKUs and the pricing practices regularly, monitor the market price dynamics, and propose the changes in terms of overall product pricing to support the overall commercial effort;
Coordinate the sales forecast between sales team and operation team in time;
Branding and communication
Propose the brand registration request to GF SG and make sure its implementation, and anti-counterfeit action;
Develop the branding proposition with the support from GF SG;
Define the general directions of marketing communication focus, and lead the effort to execute plan
Support different channels’ marketing team to develop the marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets…) and marketing activities to support the commercial activities;
Marketing intelligence
Track the industry dynamics (market size, key players, price…) to guide the business plan creation and sales activities;
Identify the product trend, to propose the new product development ideas;
Explore more product application to follow or lead the market trend
