职位描述：
1、临床试验的前期及现场的准备和协调；
2、参与试验方案、病历报告表、研究者手册及其他相关文件的设计和撰写；
3、监督和管理临床试验的研究进度。

职位需求：
教育背景：

医学或药学相关专业本科以上学历。

技能要求：

较强的英文资料阅读和书写能力，可进行文献翻译工作。

具有团队精神，同时也能够独立有效的完成工作。
熟练使用MSWord, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Access。
分析能力及学习能力强，能较快接受新事物，适应工作环境的变化。

能够合理灵活的安排和进行复杂工作。

优秀的沟通、表达与协调能力，勤奋，敬业，具有良好的团队合作精神。
