职位描述：
工作时间：1周5天坐班
工作内容：1.全职/***老师的招聘及储备
          每月5个全职老师及***老师储备
          2.全职老师/***老师的评星及监督（保证老师们的教学质量）。
          用3-5个维度制定一套完整的老师评星系统，做监督及后期的KPI及奖金发放。
          3.团队的课程大纲研发及评星及培养为主课老师
          制定一套教辅的教学大纲及教辅评星系统。培养为自己的基础段老师。
          4.保10个课时。超出课时另计费。
          拥有排课的权利，可以排自己上课，10个课时保证口碑。
          5.从学术角度处理学生后期投诉。
          怎么样控制投诉率？目的提前预防投诉 设置投诉的kpi
          6.配合市场讲座PT及顾问签单和学生评估。

任职条件：1、硕士学历，有相关工作经验者优先考虑；
                  2、精通托福、雅思英语教学；
3、 5年以上教育行业工作经验，5年以上授课经验，3年以上教学管理经验；
4、较强的团队管理能力和沟通能力，能承受较大的工作强度和工作压力；
5、精通团队管理，课程管理，招师，培训等各项教学流程的制定和执行；
                6、有丰富的、良好的教师资源，能根据每位学员的实际情况，合理的安排相关老师进行授课；
7、品行端正，具有较强的管理才能，心态乐观积极，工作能力及沟通能力良好，具有优秀的敬业精神。 举报 分享

1. Capistrano Valley China S.H. School (CVCS)
Capistrano Valley China S.H. School is located in Lingang New City in Pudong. With coverage of 21 acres, it has independent sports field, canteens, dormitories, teaching buildings and other facilities. Founded in 1973, the headquarters of CVCS was located in the south of Los Angeles, California. We obtained the United States Western schools and universities Union (WASC) qualification. In 2010, we got the national blue ribbon school title of "pursuit of excellence" from the US Department of Education. Only 3.9% of the US high school won the title. At present, we have only two blue ribbon international high schools in China: one in Chongqing, the other in Shanghai, that is, CVCS.

1、美国蓝带凯普诺谷国际高中（CVCS）
美国蓝带凯普诺谷国际高中位于浦东新区临港新城，占地21亩，拥有独立的运动场、食堂、宿舍、教学楼等设施。其本部始建于1973年，位于加州洛杉矶的南部，获得美国西部学校及大学联盟（WASC）资质认证，2010年获得美国教育部颁发的“追求卓越”全美蓝带学校称号。全美仅有3.9%的高中获此称号。目前国内仅两所蓝带国际高中，一所位于重庆，一所位于上海，即CVCS。

2. Language Training
