Responsibilities: Work with the China Talent Manager to provide full HR services to the team in China 1) Be responsible for recruiting & hiring process management and reporting 2) Maintain and develop hiring channels 3) Be in charge of new employee orientation 4) Employment contract and the related documents management; 5) Handle employee grievances and complaints; Communicate with all levels of employees and improve the communication between management part and labor part to promote company culture 6) Be responsible for the monthly payroll making and the relevant social insurance & housing fund calculation 7) Training needs identification and the related training plan development and implementation 8) Plan and implement training; 9) Support performance management, talent review and talent management; Contribute to HR Plan 10) Provide HR services e.g. on-boarding, employee relationship and labour contract 11) Other tasks/projects assigned by manager Requirements: 1.University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines 2.Min. 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in MNCs 3.Good communication and analytical skill, able to work independently 4.Advance level in MS Office application 5.Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese 6. Knowledge of HR processes, laws and regulations in China
