职位描述：
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Developer (Exp. Level 1yr to 2 yr) responsible for managing back-end services. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Skills And Qualifications
? Strong knowledge of Java/C# Language
? Understanding of MVC design patterns
? Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
? Knowledge of object oriented programming
? Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
? Creating database schemas
? Familiarity with SQL/Non SQL databases and their declarative query languages
? Familiar with IDE’s (Eclipse/Visual Studio)
? Hand on experience in Fixing Bugs
? Work in Agile project teams with other developers and business analysts
? Experience programming for ERP systems (Optional)
? Must be able to work with team members.
