We are currently seeking appointment of a Sales Executive with passion to develop high performance and cultures, for Payroll and HR Advisory Department in our client Shanghai office.
 
You will report to the Director/Sales Manager in Shanghai. You are required to develop and explore business opportunities; maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers, identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs.
 
Your role will be that of a professional sales, assisting conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team.
 
Your responsibilities will also include, amongst others, providing weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement; creating own sales plan within overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets; and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leader for the business requirement.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. At least 3 years sales experience. It will be a plus if have been working in leading HR related industry
  3. Outstanding sales skills with a track record of closing new business
  4. Good presentation and negotiation skills in English (oral and written)
  5. Skilled at leveraging resources to facilitate relationship building
  6. Ability to work under pressure
  7. Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communication well at all organizational levels. 举报 分享
