Main Responsibilities / 主要职责：
Support the sales team to provide customers the solutions of light planning;
协助销售团队为客户项目提供灯光照明规划建议方案，完成项目布灯要求和照度计算；
Assist the sales team to handle technical issues to satisfy the customers’s needs, strengthen the relationships with the customers;
协助销售团队处理相关技术问题以满足客户的需求，加强与客户的合作关系；
Response to the claims from customers and dealers promptly. Define, evaluate, measure, analyze the root cause of the failures and supply the phone calls, E-mails, on-site service when needed;
对客户以及经销商反映的技术问题做出及时有效的答复。评估以及分析故障产品的成因，在有需要时通过电话、邮件、现场等方式为客户提供支持服务；
Trainings including operation and maintenance of lightings for the customers and dealers;
对客户以及经销商进行有关产品操作以及日常维护的应用技术培训；
Communicate with the engineering team on application field, product development, global key accounts and up-to-date development trend in order to provide better guidance to the customers, dealers and sales team;
与工程技术部门保持沟通，了解有关应用领域、产品研发、全球大客户以及***发展趋势的有关信息，以更好地服务及引导客户、经销商和销售团队。

Requirements / 任职资格:
Education: College or above degree, major in Electrical, Lighting, Automation, Mechanical or Engineering is preferred;
学历：大专及以上，电子、照明、自动化、机械或者工程专业优先；
At least 2+ years working experience in electronics, automation, machinery, engineering, lighting industries;
在电子、自动化、机械、工程技术、灯具及照明等相关工业领域有至少两年以上工作经验；
Good command of AutoCAD, Relux, DIALux, PhotoShop, MS Office etc.
能熟练操作Relux、DIALux等照明设计软件者优先，或者能熟练操作AutoCAD、PhotoShop、MS Office等软件；
Can work under pressure independently, and willing to travel;
能够在压力下独立开展工作，且在有工作需要时愿意出差；
Good command of written & spoken English;
英语水平良好；
With team work spirit;
具备团队合作意识；
Strong technical background;
良好的技术背景；
Good at communicate with both internal and external parties, open mind to share with others;
