职位描述：
General Purpose:

Working with customs broker to process all the import & export for FLOW Asia
Working with forwarder to organize transportation for oversea and domestic shipment for FLOW Asia.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

?Working with customs broker for all import & export shipment declaration.
?Cooperate with engineer on declaration specification documents preparation and submit to customs broker.
?import and export shipment documentation as required,
?Follow & monitor the declaration process and make sure no delay
?Maintenance of information and data related to import/export in ERP system.
?Provides guidance and assistance to other departments within the local organization, working closely with shipping, purchasing, customer service, sales and project management.
?Communicate with Third Party Logistics to get competitive freight quotation and service.
?Arrange oversea and domestic transport.
?Logistic cost tracking and analysis, counter measure making and implementation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

?Extensive knowledge of standard import/export concepts, practices and procedures.
?Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
?Strong level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
?Ability to work independently on projects and function effectively in a team environment.


Working Background and Experience:

1.Over 3 years working experience in customs declaration and logistics.
2.Fluent oral and written English .
